荷兰印象 花卉小镇 深圳南山花卉世界景观改造

摘要

深圳市要求全市提升城市市容环境的整体水平,南山花卉世界被定位具有荷兰风貌的小镇。通过优劣势的分析,本设计改变了原花卉市场的空间布局和围合方式,将原街道空间重组为步行街,设置街心广场、郁金香喷泉池、沿街小商业,增加突出花卉主题的各类店铺;采用荷兰当地建筑手法,对现有建筑进行合理改造,屋顶及外墙材料更新及替换,营造荷兰风情街区氛围;结合不同的建筑物的特征而相应采取的具体的绿化方法和手段。%The renovation of Nanshan Flower World is one of the projects launched by Shenzhen Government to upgrade the city appearance and environment of Shenzhen.After an overall analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the site condition,designers restructured the former flower world and reshaped the existing street into a commercial street.They also designated Jiexin Plaza,Tulip Fountain and flower shops and used Dutch architectural design approach to create a commercial district full of Dutch style.Different plant design methods were also used to different architecture.
