绿图计划作为美国城市发展媒介的构建方法与推动力探究

摘要

As a comprehensive planning framework, greenprint plays as the role of medium in American urban development, easing the conflict between natural preservation and city construction. Through research on successful greenprint cases of America, try to summarize the construction method and process, and analyze how to close connection with al walks of life in the establishing process and the greenprint plan's driving force in every field within the city. In this way, this paper would provide reference for solving the contradiction between urban development and environmental protection at the present stage of China.%绿图计划作为一个综合的规划框架，在美国的城市发展中发挥媒介作用，平衡了自然保护和城市建设之间的矛盾。通过对美国较为成功的绿图计划案例进行探究，尝试总结归纳出美国绿图计划的构建步骤和方法，分析其在制定过程中与城市各行各业的密切联系，以及在城市各个领域的推动力，为我国解决现阶段普遍存在的城市发展与环境保护之间的矛盾提供借鉴。
