目的探讨血清降钙素原（PCT ）和超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）对肾盂肾炎的临床价值。方法2012年1～12月肾盂肾炎患者134例，检测其入院后的PCT和hs-CRP ，并记录尿培养结果。同期健康体检组134例作为健康对照组。结果尿培养结果阳性率为32．1％，PCT和hs-CRP敏感度分别为94．0％、97．0％，特异度分别为82．8％、64．2％；PCT与hs-CRP联合诊断敏感度为98．5％，特异度为89．6％。结论 PCT 和hs-CRP联合检测在肾盂肾炎的诊断上具有高敏感度和高特异度，对指导临床及时、合理用药有辅助作用。%Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum procalcitonin (PCT ) and high sensitive C reac-tive protein (hs-CRP) in pyelonephritis .Methods In 2012 ,134 patients with pyelonephritis were detected for PCT and hs-CRP level ,and the results of urine culture were recorded .134 healthy subjects were enrolled as control group .Results The positive rate of urine culture was 32 .1% .Diagnostic sensitivities of PCT and hs-CRP were 94 .0% and 97 .0% ,and the specificities were 82 .8% and 64 .2% respectively .Diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of PCT and hs-CRP were 98 .5% and 89 .6% .Conclusion Combined detection of PCT and hs-CRP could be sensitive and specific for the diagnosis of pyelonephritis ,which might assist in guiding the clinically ra-tional use of drugs in time .
