ELISA和TPPA检测无偿献血者中梅毒的结果与分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the results of ELISA and TPPA method for syphilis detection in volunteer blood donors in Kunshan City and to improve the blood safety.Methods The serological screening of syphilis was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)and the syphilis spiral antibody gelatin granule agglutination test method (TPPA method)for patients with syphilis spiral antibody positive confirmation.Results The positive detection rate of syphilis in volunteer blood donors in Kunshan City was increasing year by year,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).In addition,the positive detection rate of syphilis was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05) by different age and different occupation.Conclusion In order to avoid the waste of blood and improve the blood safety,blood samples of donors should be strictly screened,which could strengthen the laboratory quality control.%目的 分析昆山市无偿献血者中梅毒检测ELISA法和TPPA法的结果,提高血液安全.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)进行梅毒血清学筛查,和采用梅毒螺旋抗体明胶颗粒凝集试验检测法(TPPA)进行梅毒螺旋抗体的阳性确认.结果 昆山市无偿献血者梅毒检出率逐年升高,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);不同年龄段和不同职业的无偿献血者,梅毒检出率均存在明显差异,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 为了避免血源的浪费和提高血液安全,应对献血者的血浆样本进行严格筛选筛查,加强实验室质量控制.
