利用GC-MS对1-萘胺和2-萘胺快速定性

摘要

2-萘胺属于24种不允许检出的禁用偶氮染料之一，而它的同分异构体1-萘胺不属于此列。在现行检测标准条件下，1-萘胺和2-萘胺的气相色谱保留时间相近，且质谱图完全相同，所以1-萘胺会对2-萘胺的检测造成干扰，使2-萘胺的检出难以确定。针对这个问题，本文通过优化气相色谱-质谱（GC-MS）通用非极性柱的升温程序，扩大两个化合物的保留时间差，最终达到有效分离。实际检测中，通过与标准物质保留时间的对比，可以综合保留时间及出峰顺序达到对2-萘胺的快速定性。%As one of the 24 interdictory azo dyes, 2-Naphthylamine has its isomeric compound 1-naphthy-lamine, which does not belong to this scope. It’s difficult to distinguish 2-naphthylamine from 1-naphthylamine, as the two compounds not only have the adjacent GC retention time but also have the same mass spectrum. In this paper, by adjusting the heating procedure of the GC-MS, we can expand the retention time differences effectively. Comparing with the standard substance, we can distinguish 2-naphthylamine from 1-naphthylamine quickly by the retention time and the peak value order.
