从激励策略看乡村关系变迁三十年——基于赣南水村的调查

改革开放以来基层政权发生了重大变化,基于对赣南水村的实地调查,从乡镇政府对村两委干部成员实施激励策略的视角,探讨乡村关系变迁30年的演进路径,指出乡村治理中运用乡土逻辑办事的村干部官僚化的这一发展趋势。%The grass-roots regime has changed a lot since the reform and opening policy. This passage investigates the e- volution path of the diversifications of rural relationships in 30years from the perspective of incentive strategies implemented by the township government to the village committee cadre members based on our field surveys of Shui Village Jiangxi prov- ince,and points out the bureaucratic trend of the village cadres used local logic in the process of rural governance.
