河南省中小学英语教师继续教育研究

摘要

With the development of China’s economy,society,culture and education,greater emphasis than ev-er is being placed on the continuing learning of the middle school and primary school teachers.This paper firstly gives a brief analysis on the English teacher teams both in middle school and primary school of Henan,meanwhile points out some problems existing in teachers’continuing education,furthermore puts forward multiple training modes.%随着我国经济、社会、文化、教育等各方面的发展，中小学教师的继续教育也得到了前所未有的重视和发展。本文首先对河南省中小学英语教师的师资队伍现状进行分析，并指出目前继续教育工作中存在的问题，继而提出多元的培训模式，提高其自身素质。
