铕离子掺杂焦磷酸镁钡荧光粉的合成及其对发光性能的影响

         

摘要

采用高温固相法在碳块还原下制备了铕离子掺杂焦磷酸镁钡荧光粉: BaNaMgP2 O7: Eu2+,并对样品的结构、荧光性能以及不同浓度Eu2+掺杂对样品发光性能的影响进行了研究.X-射线衍射分析表明Eu2+的掺入没有改变BaMgP2 O7的基质晶相,合成的荧光粉为纯相;荧光光谱分析表明该荧光粉的最大激发及发射波长分别为300和400 nm;且Eu2+的掺杂浓度为4%时该荧光粉具有最佳发光强度.%Eu2+doped BaNaMgP2 O7 phosphors were prepared under carbon-reduction by a solid-state re-action at high temperature.The structure characterization, luminescence spectra and the influence of Eu2+doping concentration over the luminous intensity were investigated.From the powder X-ray diffrac-tion ( XRD ) analysis, the formation of single-phased BaMgP2 O7 with a monoclinic structure was con-firmed.In the photoluminescence spectra, the BaNaMgP2 O7:Eu phosphor were excited at 300 nm and e-mitted at 400 nm, respectively.The optimum doping concentration of Eu2+ions in BaNaMgP2 O7: Eu2+excited at 300 nm wavelength is 4%.
