AMPS/DMDAAC共聚水凝胶的合成与性能研究

         

摘要

用2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid, AMPS)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(Dimethyl diaUyl ammonium chloride, DMDAAC)作为单体,以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发剂,制备了智能型AMPS/DMDAAC水凝胶.对样品水凝胶的离子强度敏感性和pH值敏感性,以及在外加直流电场刺激下的消溶胀动力学和非接触电场刺激下的偏转行为进行了考察.结果表明,合成的水凝胶具有明显的离子强度和pH值敏感性,NaCl含量在质量分数0.5%时,可能是离子强度影响AMPS/DMDAAC共聚水凝胶平衡溶胀的临界值.在接触电压刺激下,随着电压的增大,水凝胶的质量保持率依次减小,但变化较小,该水凝胶具有一定的电压耐受性.在不同含量的NaCl溶液中,凝胶在电场中的偏转方向和角度不同,当NaCl的含量小于质量分数0.2%时,凝胶向负极弯曲,并且在NaCl含量为质量分数0.06%时,出现峰值;当NaCl含量大于质量分数0.4%时,凝胶向正极弯曲.%2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid/dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (AMPS/ DMDAAC) hydrogels were prepared of N, N'methylene bis ( acrylamide bisulfite as redox initiator. Ionic by free radical copolymerization in aqueous solution in the presence ) (MBAAm) as crosslink agent, ammonium persulfate and sodium strengths hydrogels and bending behaviors in electric sensitive, pH sensitive and deswelling kinetics of the sample stimulus were studied. The results showed that ion intensity of NaCl solution and pH had a obvious impact on the sample hydrogels. Hydrogels display an obvious variety on volume at 0. 5% NaCl. It was found that the weight maintenance rate of hydrogels decreased with voltage increased in the contact electric field, but the movement ratio of weight maintenance rate with voltage increased was not patency. The deflexion direction and angle of hydrogels was different from different concentration of NaCl solution and not touched electric field. When concentration of NaCl was less than 0.4%, of NaCl hydrogels bended to cathode and the maximal bend angle would be appeared with the concentration was 0. 06%. Hydrogels bended to anode when concentration of NaCl was more than 0. 4%.
