地方立法后评估的对象机制研究--以镇江市人民代表大会立法后评估为例

摘要

从镇江市的立法现状出发，结合有关地方立法后评估机制的探索，围绕规范形式和评估内容两个方面，力求构建合理的立法后评估对象机制，兼顾社会公众的合法利益与评估机关的评估效率。%Based on conditions of legislation of Zhenjiang and compared with the exploration concerning the evalua-tion from other areas,this thesis aimed at building a reasonable system of evaluation after legislation in aspects of both form and content,realizing a balance between individuals’benefit and the efficiency of the government agencies.
