论青年偶集群体及其行为控制

摘要

以青年大学生非正式群体为研究对象,对21世纪信息社会中青年,特别是青年大学生偶集群体的基本概念、青年偶集群体行为的发生、发展机制、行为特点及其控制方法进行了阐述和分析，以倡导、弘扬积极的群体行为,控制、克服消极的群体行为，对高等学校如何利用教育和管理两只手做好青年大学生的思想政治工作有一定的借鉴意义。%Considering the informal group of young college students as theaccidentally assembling youth group in the 21st century, this paper analyses its occurring and developing mechanism, behavior traits and controlling methods. The writer has advocated active behavior and presented ways to improve the ideological work through education and management.
