The interaction between paeonol and lysozyme was studied under physiological pH by fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that paeonol could form a non-covalent complex with lysozyme. The quenching mechanism between them was suggested as a static quenching process, and the binding force was mainly a hydrophobic force. The distance was less than 7 nm according to the theory of the Foster energy transference. Furthermore, the effect of various metals such as Zn2 + , Cu2 + , Fe3 + , Al3 + on this interaction was explored.%在生理pH条件下,应用荧光光谱法研究了丹皮酚与溶菌酶的相互作用.结果表明,丹皮酚与溶菌酶反应生成新的复合物,荧光猝灭机制为静态猝灭,结合力类型主要为疏水作用力,结合距离小于7 nm.最后考察了金属离子Zn2+、Cu2+、Fe3+、Al3+对此反应的影响.
