中草药雀儿舌头中总生物碱含量的测定

摘要

The acid dye colorimetry determination of alkaloid content in Leptopus chinensis was established through the ultraviolet spectrophotometry with marine as control and bromocresol green as colour-developing agent. The results showed that the linear relationship between absorbance and content was good and the sample was stable during 1 h determination time. This was an accurate, simple and quick method to determine the content of the total alkaloid in Leptopus chinensis.%以苦参碱为对照品,溴甲酚绿为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定中草药雀儿舌头中总生物碱的含量.结果表明,吸光度与总生物碱的含量呈良好线性关系,样品在1h内测定稳定.该方法能够准确、简便、快速地测定雀儿舌头中的总生物碱含量.
