An SVIR epidemic model with staged treatment and vaccination was studied. Firstly, the ex-istence conditions of the equilibrium points in different cases were discussed. Then, the local asymptoti-cally stability of the equilibrium points was studied, and the sufficient conditions for the system to occur the backward bifurcation were illustrated. Finally, the results were obtained by numerical simulation.%研究了一类具有分段治疗和疫苗接种的SVIR传染病模型。首先讨论了系统在不同情况下各个平衡点的存在条件;然后研究了系统各个平衡点的局部渐近稳定性,并说明了系统会出现后向分支的充分条件;最后对所得结果进行了数值模拟。
