Vaccination strategies could be considered as either a site percolation problem, or one state of a node, which is more suitable for studying the imperfect vaccination. This paper conducts vaccination simulation on classic strategies including random immunization, degree based immunization, and acquaintance based immunization. In addition, two innovative vaccination simulations, which are the first neighbor and the second neighbor strategies, are also applied. All the simulations are run by the node level probabilistic SVIR model under random, scale-free, and small world network. We aim at finding out the best strategies under limited vaccination resource and different conditions of disease spreading parameters.
