甲型H1N1流感病毒血凝素和神经氨酰酶基因进化分析

     

摘要

Aim: To elucidate evolutionary characteristics of hemagglutinin gene(HA) and neuraminidase gene(NA) genes of novel H1N1 influenza A virus in 2009 pandemic. Methods: The sequences of HA and NA genes of the novel latest H1N1 strains in 2009 pandemic,isolated during different months at different location were retrieved from NCBI database, then using DNAstar software to align and blunt nucleotide sequences and construct phylogenetic tree. Results: The sequences of HA and NA genes of the novel latest H1N1 strains in 2009 pandemic shared a high homology. The genetic relationship is closer in the same country and distant in different country (99% ~ 100% ). In particular, the relationship between China and Russia is the farthest. Conclusion;It is descripted that the novel H1N1 influenza A virus pandemic come from the same source of infection, and there is no variation until now.%目的:探讨2009年新型甲型H1N1流感病毒血凝素和神经氨酰酶基因的进化规律.方法:通过NCBI数据库下载最新收录的甲型H1N1流感病毒基因序列(中国的北京、四川、山东、福建、台湾,美国的纽约和得克萨斯州,俄罗斯),采用DNAstar软件排列和修剪病毒各段基因序列并构建进化树.结果:不同地区分离到的2009年新型甲型H1N1流感病毒血凝素和神经氨酰酶编码基因均具有高度同源性(99%~100%),同一国别的亲缘关系更近,不同国别的亲缘关系稍远,尤其是中国和俄罗斯的关系最远,相近月份亲缘关系近.结论:此次新型甲型H1N1流感病毒来自同一传染源,且病毒到目前没有发生变异.
