中国公民文化研究述评

摘要

文章回顾了中国公民文化研究的历史,总结了国内学者关于公民文化研究的主要问题及基本观点,在此基础上,提出了构建中国的公民文化应该以权利为核心的观点。%The paper briefly reviews the history of Chinese civic culture studies,summarizes the domestic scholars′ basic point and view of the main problem on civic culture.Based on a brief analysis of these studies,the author proposes the view that building of Chinese civic culture should be rights-centered.
