学校社工介入农村留守儿童问题的必要性与可行性探讨

摘要

Loss of family care, education, rights and safety are the main problems existed in left-behind children group. Based on the professional idea and method of school social work, this article points out that the school social workers＇ necessity and ad- vantages to solve the problem. Lastly the paper suggestes that school social workers establish left-behind children files rel- ying on the school, while contacting with the resources of family, community, government to make the countryside leftbehind children~ problem can be solved effectively with the intervention of school social work.%亲情缺失、教育缺失、权利受损、安全失保是留守儿童群体目前存在的主要问题。文章从学校社会工作的专业理念和工作方法出发，指出学校社会工作介入农村留守儿童问题的必要性与优势，并建议学校社会工作者以学校为依托建立留守儿童档案，同时加强与家庭、社区、政府各种资源的联系，使农村留守儿童问题在学校社工的介入下得到有效解决。
