试论我国建立宪法宣誓制度相关问题

摘要

The Constitution Oath System is an important act to implement the policy of ruling and administrating the country by constitution. It is much more than an external or procedural form, but a solemn ceremony to establish the legal faith and the majesty of law. On the one hand, making an oath to the constitution can raise the legal consciousness of public officials. On the other hand, it can create the legal atmosphere in the whole society for respecting the constitution and believing in the law.%宪法宣誓制度是落实依宪执政、依宪治国的重要举措，绝不仅仅是一种表面化或者程序化的形式，而是要通过仪式建立法治信仰，树立宪法尊严。向宪法宣誓，一方面有助于提高公职人员的法治观念和宪法意识，更重要的是可以在全社会营造尊重宪法、信仰法律的法治氛围。
