Through the on-site investigation ,this article mainly solve these shortcomings that the HXD 1 B loco-motive total air cylinder can not rule out water vapor while running ,By adding TKZP locomotive air line control sys-tem,the risk can be effectively solved in time ,and retain the original manual control functions at the same time ,with inside and outside control functions ,guarantee the locomotive running safely .%通过现场调研，主要解决HXD1 B型机车在运行中总风缸水汽不能及时排除的缺点，加装TKZP型机车空气管路控制系统能及时有效地解决这一隐患，并保留原手动控制功能，实现车内和车外控制，保障机车安全运行。
