新型香豆素染料的合成及荧光性能研究

     

摘要

以5-二乙基氨基水杨醛、噻吩乙腈为原料,经三步以较高的收率合成了新型香豆素敏化色素2-氰基-3-(5-(7-(N,N-二-乙氨基)-2-羰基-2H-3-苯并吡喃基)-2-噻吩基)丙烯酸,其结构经1H NMR和MS得以确认.并对其进行三维荧光光谱测试,结果显示:该化合物在溶剂中能发射出强的橙黄色荧光,在三维荧光图谱中有三个典型的荧光光谱峰,最强荧光特征峰最大激发波长λex为515nm,最大发射波长λem为600 nm,Stoke's Shift为85 nm.%a novel coumarin derivative 2-cyano-3-(5-(7-(diethylamino)-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl) thiophen-2-yl) acrylic acid was synthesized with high yield and characterized by 1H NMR and mass spectrum, starting from 4-diethylamino-salicylaldehyde and 2-thiopheneacetonitrile. The fluorescence spectra of the title compound were investigated, and the result showed that it emited orange yellow fluorescence in CHC13 solution. Three typical fluorescence peaks were found in its three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum, and the result were λex = 515 nm, λem = 600 nm, Stoke's Shift=85 nm.
