庄子《天乐》的艺术精神与实践意义探析

     

摘要

The most significant aspect of the musical thinking of Zhuangzi is the music of nature. According to Zhuangzi, the“heav-enly music” is the music of Dao, which is the highest level of music. The “Music from Xianchi” in the chapter of Tianyun:The Revolution of Heaven is the most abundant musical literature expressed by Zhuangzi. The musical scene that has been described in details shows that the Yellow Emperor ( Huang-Di) played this music with three sets and had dialogue with Bei-Men-Cheng in the Dongting Lake. Beautiful and attractive, the“Music from Xianchi” systematically illustrates Zhuangzi’s thinking of“heavenly mu-sic”. This paper thus investigates the artistic spirit of the“heavenly music” and the practical implications of performing it.%庄子的音乐思想最显著的特色是推崇自然之乐,“天乐”是自然之乐、“道”的音乐,是庄子音乐的最高境界。《庄子·天运》中的《咸池》之乐是庄子音乐思想表述最为丰富的文献,其中十分详细地记载了皇帝在洞庭湖野外演奏这首音乐的情景以及与北门成的一段对话,集中而系统地阐发了庄子的“天乐”观,美轮美奂、引人入胜。文章探讨庄子“天乐”的艺术精神与实践意义。
