民办高校学术权力的审视与回归

摘要

大学是一个特殊的学术组织，学术权力是大学组织的重要力量，是保障学术自由的有效途径。目前，民办高校对学术权力重视程度不足，存在着行政权力泛化造成的学术权力边缘化、薄弱化和行政化等问题。彰显学术权力，是民办高校完善内部治理的重要路径。%University is a special academic organization , and academic power is an important force in university organization and an effectively way to guarantee academic freedom .At present, non-governmental institutions of higher learning pay insufficient at-tention to academic power and there exist problems of academic power being marginalized , weakened and administrated due to the proliferation of administrative power .Highlighting academic power is an important path to improve internal management for non -governmental institutions of higher learning .
