残疾人停车位认知度及标志标示对停车行为影响

摘要

Setting parking spaces for the disabled is an important part of the construction of a barrier-free transportation system in China.Based on sorting out laws, regulations and research status of parking spaces for the disabled, the questionnaire survey was used to analyze people's awareness of parking spaces for the disabled.The influence of parking space signs on parking behavior was analyzed through setting different sign combination of parking spaces for the disabled.The experimental results show that the percentage of illegal parking time is as high as 64.5% under the condition where there is only ground sign.The percentage reduces to 57.0% when one vertical sign is added to the parking space.Furthermore, the percentage drops to 21.7% when there is ground sign, vertical sign and cautionary message.The effect is optimal when three of them are set.This research hopes to arouse the attention of the society to the barrier-free parking of the disabled and provide theoretical basis for the setup and development of parking spaces for the disabled in China.%残疾人停车位的设置是我国构建无障碍交通体系的重要一环.文章在对国内外残疾人停车位法律法规和研究现状梳理的基础上,以问卷调查方式分析了人们对残疾人停车位的认知度.通过设置不同的残疾人停车位标示组合,分析对停车行为的影响,实验结果显示:仅有地面标示提醒的情况下,违章停车时间占有率高达64.5%,地面标示和竖直标志牌条件下为57.0%,地面标示、竖直标志牌和警示标语的设置组合条件下,违章停车时间占有率降至21.7%.实验发现三者组合设置在同一处停车位的效果最佳.文章希望能够唤起全社会对残疾人士无障碍停车问题的关注,同时为我国残疾人停车位的设置与发展提供理论依据.
