试论中越语言文字政策的相似点--兼论中国语言政策对越南语言政策的启示

摘要

A nation’s language policy may influence tremendously its political , cultural, and social life;Therefore, it is of great importance for every nation to formulate and improve its language policy .China and Vietnam, both of which are Socialist countries with multi-ethnicity and multilingualism , are faced with chal-lenges as a result of its own language diversity and impacts from other international languages .Accordingly , both countries have attached an importance to formulating and perfecting its language policies all along .The article will compare and contrast language policies of China and Vietnam from the mid-20th century, and review the similarities and differences .The author indicates that Vietnam may learn from China concerning such as-pects as law making for language .%语言政策对国家的政治、文化以及社会活动都会产生很大影响，语言政策的制定和完善是国家的重大任务之一。中国和越南同属社会主义国家，也是多民族多语言的国家，都要面临国内语言多元化的格局和国际语言冲击的挑战，因此，两个国家历来都非常重视语言政策的制定和完善。中越两国20世纪中叶以来在语言政策上有其相似点，中国在语言立法等方面的成功经验对越南的语言政策具有参考和借鉴作用。
