越南语言政策及其对中国外语教育政策的启示

摘要

With a deep connection in history and culture ,bothChina and Vietnam are close neigh-bors separated only by a strip of water .Under the background of the steady development of China-ASEAN relationship ,the communication of language and culture between China and Vietnam will be further developed ,which will also promote the academic research on Vietnamese language policy . Both China and Vietnam have similarities in making language policy .It will be significant for the mak-ing of Chinese language policy ,especially Chinese education policy in foreign languages ,by the study of Vietnamese language policy .%中国与越南是一衣带水的邻邦，有着深厚的历史文化渊源。在中国-东盟关系稳健发展的背景下，两国的语言文化交流将进一步深化，也将推动学界对越南语言政策的研究。中越两国在语言政策制定方面有许多相似之处。研究越南语言政策对中国语言政策，尤其是中国外语教育政策的制定具有重要的启示作用。
