我国现行船员考试制度的可靠性评价

摘要

船员考试制度的可靠程度直接关系到对我国船员队伍的综合素质,而该项制度却在现实工作中饱受来自海事机构、院校和航运企业等各方诟病.针对其间问题,以语料库功能之引入和以可靠性作为审视角度,尝试对STCW公约中"考试"语言进行原文分析,以期对履约适任考试制度产生的问题进行反思和实践修正,并就此为打造具备可信度、高效度、公平性和合规性等特征的考试制度,也为未来对我国现行的考试模式进一步改革提供思路.%The dependability of the seafarer examination system is directly related to the improvement of the com-prehensive quality of Chinese seafarers,but the system has been criticized by all parties,such as maritime institutions,colleges and shipping enterprises,in practical work.Aiming at the problem,taking the corpus function and using the de-pendability as the perspectives,we try to analyze the text of " examination" in the STCW convention,in order to rethink and practically correct the problems arising from the performance test system,and build it with credibility,efficiency,fairness and legal compliance.It also provides ideas for further reform of our current examination mode.
