温州企业家人才培育途径的探索及对策研究

The entrepreneur is the scarce resource of economic society and the essence of modem market economy as well. The amount of Entrepreneur resource, plays an important role in the regional development .It not only has a crucial influence on the competition of the regional economy, but also optimizes and integrates many economic resources, thus to promote the cooperation and integration of regional economic. Through a thorough understanding of entrepreneur talent distribution, usage, and cultivation situation in Wenzhou, this paper explores the approaches and countermeasures of Wenzhou entrepreneur talent cultivation.%企业家是经济社会中稀缺的要素资源，企业家才能是现代市场经济的精髓。企业家资源的多寡，对一个地区的发展起重要作用，它不仅对区域经济竞争有决定性影响，而且更多的经济资源会经过企业家之手得到优化、整合，从而促进区域经济的协作化和一体化。本文通过分析温州企业家人才分布、使用、培育等情况，探索温州企业家人才培育途径及对策。
