高职大学英语教师专业转型发展的策略分析

Today, vocational college English teachers' specialization has developed into a transition period in 21 century. Howev-er, due to the impact of certain factors, the process of transition and development of College English teachers has been frequently blocked. Based on the study of vocational college English teaching situation, this paper analyzed and summarized the college English teacher professional development problems and strategies.%21世纪的今天，高职院校大学英语教师的专业化已经发展到了一个转型期。但由于某些因素的影响，导致大学英语教师专业化发展的进程频频受阻。本文通过阐述高职院校大学英语教学现状，分析并总结了大学英语教师专业化发展遇到的问题及对策。
