专业导向下高职教师教学能力培养的路径探讨

             

摘要

The character of“Higher”and“Profession”of higher vocational education decides that teachers in vocational college should have the deep theoretical foundation of improving orientation in teaching ability and mastery of high skills. However, because of various reasons, there is obvious deficiency in professional theory, teaching methods, practical teaching ability of vocational teachers, which leaves a large gap between positioning of talent training in higher vocational colleges and the requirements of the students’ cultivation and has an impact on the teaching effects and the quality of vocational talents training. Therefore, the paper makes and exploration on the cultivating path of teaching ability of higher vocational teachers under the professional guidance and puts forward detailed improvement measures.%高职教育所具有的“高等性”和“职业性”决定了高职教师在教学能力提高取向上的深厚理论功底及对高技能的掌握。但由于种种原因,高职教师在专业理论、教学方法、实践教学能力等方面尚存在明显不足,与高职院校在人才培养中的定位及学生培养的要求之间存在一定的距离,影响了教学效果的发挥和高职人才培养的质量。对此,就专业导向下高职教师教学能力培养的路径进行了探讨,并提出了具体的改进措施。
