高职机电专业“分层递进、多向发展”人才培养模式的改革与实践

         

摘要

为满足区域产业对机电专业人才不同需求,以职业素养、专业技能及创新能力培养为主线,提出了“分层递进、多向发展”的人才培养模式,制定了“平台课程+方向课程+顶岗锻炼”方案,并融入素质教育的课程体系,实施了“教学做一体化+任务驱动”的教学模式。“分层递进、多向发展”人才培养模式的构建使教学内容更具针对性、学生应用实践能力明显增强,真正实现了高职学生零距离就业。%In order to meet the needs of regional industry professionals on the mechanical and electrical demand, with occupa-tion literacy and professional skills and innovation ability training as the main line, the author put forward the training mode of"pro-gressive and multi-directional development"talent, and formulated the"platform+course+post exercise"and the integration of quali-ty education curriculum system, implementing the"integration of teaching"the task driven teaching mode. The construction of the tal-ent training mode of"progressive and multi-direction development"makes the teaching content more specific, so as to enhance the stu-dents' ability of employment.
