仙灵骨葆胶囊对原发性骨质疏松症患者的细胞因子及生存质量的影响

摘要

[Objective] To observe the effect of Xianling Gubao Capsule on cell factors and life quality of primary osteoporosis. [Method] Randomly divide 80 cases into 2 groups, 40 cases in each; the control one takes Gaitianli; the treatment one added with Xianling Gubao Capsule; both for 2 courses. [Result] After 4 and 8w, compare their analgesia rate, the difference was marked. TNF-a,E2,IL-4, IL-6,IGF-1 changed a lot; both groups changed much compared to before treatment on life quality; the difference was marked compared between both except for general health and sensation. [Conclusion] The capsule had marked cure effect on the disease and could much improve life quality, worth promotion.%[目的]观察仙灵骨葆胶囊对原发性骨质疏松症患者的细胞因子及生存质量的影响.[方法]80例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例.对照组服用钙天力300mg,3次/d.治疗组在对治组基础上服用仙灵骨葆胶囊,3粒/次,2次/d,口服.2组均以28d为1个疗程,连服2个疗程后比较疗效.[结果]治疗组治疗4周、8周后镇痛有效率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组在治疗4周后,与治疗前比较,TNF-α、E2、IL-4、IL-6、IGF-1有明显改变(P＜0.05),8周后,改变更明显,有显著性差异(P＜0.01);两组与治疗前比较,生存质量都有提高(P＜0.05);治疗后组间比较,除总体健康、情感角色外,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).[结论]仙灵骨葆胶囊对治疗原发性骨质疏松症患者有显著疗效,对改善生活治疗有明显效果,值得推广使用.
