热敏灸疗法对原发性骨质疏松症患者骨保护素及生存质量的影响

     

摘要

目的:观察热敏灸疗法对骨质疏松症患者骨代谢因子骨保护素(Osteoprotegerin,OPG)及生存质量(quality of life,QOL)的影响,探讨其防治骨质疏松症的可能机制.方法:选择符合原发性骨质疏松症诊断标准患者48例,年龄55-76岁,按随机数字表分为2组:钙剂组24例,给予钙尔奇口服,热敏灸组24例,在口服钙尔奇基础上施行热敏灸疗法.疗程为3个月,在治疗前后测定血清OPG并进行生存质量各维度评分.结果:各组血清OPG明显增加,对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后比较,治疗组较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).各组QOL比较,治疗前各组8个维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后PF、RP、BP、VT、MH组间比较有明显改善(P<0.05),QOL总分治疗前后比较,对照组生存质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组生存质量显著改善(P<0.01).结论:热敏灸治疗可通过增加成骨细胞骨保护素表达,调节骨代谢失衡,提高患者生存质量,达到防治骨质疏松症的目的.%Objective:To observe the effects on secretion of osteoprotegerin and quality of life in patients with Primary osteoporosis and to explore mechanism by thermal moxibustion therapy in preventing and treating primary osteoporosis Methods:Forty-eight patients with primary osteoporosis were selected from 55-76 years old.They were randomly assigned into two groups:the control group(n =24)were treated with Calcium carbonate.The treatment group(n =24)were treated with Calcium carbonate and thermal moxibustion therapy.The Period of time for clinical study was three months.Before and after the treatment the content of serum Osteoprotegerin and quality of life were determinated.Results:ALL the patients' Serum OPG level were increased,Before and after treatment the control group were no significant difference (P > 0.05),After treatment there was significant between the control group and the treatment group (P < 0.05).Before treatment the quality of life (QOL) were no difference between two groups,eight dimension scores were no significant difference (P > 0.05),After treatment,RP,BP,VT,MH scores were obviously improved (P < 0.05).Before and after treatment QOL scores were no significant difference in the control group (P > 0.05),While there were significant in the treatment group (P < 0.01).Conclusion:Thermal moxibustion therapy can increase osteoblast osteoprotegerin expression,regulate the balance,of bone metabolism,improve patients'living quality,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing osteoporosis.
