白头翁汤加味防治急性放射性直肠炎的临床研究

     

摘要

[目的]观察白头翁汤加味防治急性放射性直肠炎的临床疗效.[方法]将82例首程放疗盆腔肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例.2组外照射总别量45~50Gy/4.5~5周,200cGy/次,5次/周.观察组在对照组单纯放疗基础上加服白头翁汤加味.观察2组放射性直肠炎发生情况,所有患者均于放疗开始观察、用药,直至放疗第5周末.[结果]观察组与对照组相比,能有效降低急性放射性直肠炎的发生率,减轻急性放射性肠炎的程度,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).[结论]中药白头翁汤加味有防治急性放射性直肠炎的作用.%[Objective]To observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of Baitouwengtangjiawei to acute radioactive enteritis in pelvic tumor radiotherapy. [Methods]80 cases of pelvic tumor receiving initial treatment were divided randomly into two groups, 40 in each group. Group A vas treated with Baitouwengtangjiawei combined with conventional radiotherapy(RT) and Group B treated with conventional radiotherapy alone. RT in both groups was similar,they were all received 2.0 Gy/per fraction, five fractions/per week,with the total dose of 45~50 Gy/ 4.5~5 weeks to whole pelvis external irradiation. Then the degree and time of acute radioactive enteritis were observed and recorded in the 2nd weekend after radiotherapy until 5th weekend. [Results]In the 2nd weekend after radiotherapy until 5th weekend ,the attack rates of 2 degree acute radioactive enteritis were respectively in the group A and group B. [Conclusions]The traditional Chinese medicine Baitouwengtangjiawei was effective in preventing and treating acute radioactive enteritis in pelvic tumor radiotherapy.
