[目的]总结江苏省孟河医派传人申春悌教授治疗慢性咳嗽的临床经验。[方法]通过跟随申教授临诊，从病因病机、辨病与辨证相结合方面总结其治疗慢性咳嗽的学术观点和临床经验，并附验案举隅。[结果]申春悌教授认为，慢性咳嗽的基本病因病机离不开“风”、“痰”、“阴虚”。临证注重疏风宣肺、化痰及养阴润肺，强调“辨证”需与“辨病”相结合，临床上取得较好的疗效。[结论]申春悌教授治疗慢性咳嗽有独到的临床经验，值得传承推广。%[Objective] The aim of this article is to summarize the clinical experience of Dr. Shen Chunti, the successor of Menghe school in Jiangsu province ,for treating chronic cough.[Method] By following Dr. Shen, this article summarizes the academic point and clinical experience in the treatment of chronic cough, including etiology and pathogenesis, the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation ,and analyzes typical clinical cases. [Result] Dr. Shen Chunti thinks the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic cough cannot do without the "wind", "phlegm", "Yin deficiency". The treatment should focus on dispelling wind and dispersing lung, reducing phlegm, nourishing Yin and moistening lung. And it is also important to combine the "syndrome differentiation" and "disease differentiation ".[Conclusion] Dr. Shen has accumulated rich experience in treating chronic cough ,it is worth to popularize her outstanding experience.
