国医大师郭诚杰教授临床应用麦芽经验探析

摘要

[目的]总结国医大师郭诚杰教授应用麦芽的临床经验,为临床应用提供借鉴.[方法]通过跟随郭老临床实践学习和查阅郭老以往诊疗病例,收集、分析、总结郭老应用麦芽的经验及特色,并举案例佐证.[结果]郭老临床应用麦芽,法古而又创新,对炮制、用量、煎服多有讲究,在组方配伍中如疏肝理气、清泻肝胆和利湿退黄宜用生品,催乳最宜生炒同用,回乳则需炒制且剂量宜大,消食则宜中等剂量而炒用,临床屡屡收效.[结论]郭老临床应用麦芽方法独特,临床每收良效,值得学习效法.%[Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of the national physician master professor GUO Chengjie application of malt, provide reference for clinical application. [Conclusion] GUO Lao unique method of clinical application of malt, clinical each fine effect, is worth learning to imitate.
