大学生道德需要现状及德育策略研究

高校德育是塑造大学生灵魂的活动，其根本导向是大学生的较高层次的精神需要，激发、满足大学生的道德需要，创造和谐人文环境是高校德育工作的主要任务和核心意义。揭示当前大学生道德需要现状，分析高校德育存在的问题，阐述激发大学生道德需要的策略，不断完善高校德育的路径。%The university moral education is students' souls and activities, the basic guiding is the higher level of spiritual needs, stimulate, meet the students moral needs, and create a harmonious and humanistic environment is the main task and the core meaning of moral education in Colleges and universities.
