冲泡铁观音便携式茶具开发初探

Minnan Tieguanyin tea culture has been one thousand years of history, the traditional brewing method is become the main way of tea drinking, but due to the accelerated pace of life, often want to drink tea but subject to time and space constraints, not suitable for the use of traditional tea brewing. This paper analyzes the current status of brewing tea Tieguanyin tea and all kinds of portable, put forward specific design requirements for portable brewing tea, Tieguanyin tea brewing to make portable can be safe, portable, durable,and can adapt to the environment, to meet consumer demand.%闽南铁观音文化至今已有一千多年的历史，传统的冲泡方法更是成为人们主要的饮茶方式，但是由于人们生活节奏的加快，经常会遇到想要冲饮铁观音但是却受到时间、空间的限制，不适合采用传统茶具冲泡的情况。分析目前铁观音冲泡茶具的现状以及便携式茶具的种类，提出便携式冲泡茶具的具体设计要求，使冲泡铁观音的便携式茶具既能够安全、便携、耐用，又能够适应各种环境，满足消费者的需求。
