突发性群体事件研究的国内外现状及启示

摘要

Based on overseas research on organized unrest, this essay probes into incentives and suggests clssifying such events into different types in＇ accordance with the incentives and influence factors. Thus, scientific response mechanism could be established. An effective anti-tension system should be enhanced for maintaing a social stability. Focusing on how to prevent an ordinary emergency into an organized unrest, this essay proposes countermeasures based on the classification research.%文章在梳理突发性群体事件的国内外研究现状基础上，针对突发性群体事件的诱发因素进行深入分析，提出应区分不同性质、不同发生原因和影响因素的突发性群体性事件，建立科学有效的应对机制，建立类型化研究。认为从增强稳定有效的社会“减压阀”机制出发，着力对一般突发事件演变为群体事件的阻断机制进行研究，提出对策性建议，是类型化研究中的侧重点。
