LED不同光质对虎雪兰组培苗生理生化特性影响的研究

     

摘要

In order to study growth metabolism influence of Cymbidium tracyanum var. Huanghua × C. Mastersii tissue culture seedlings under the same light intensity, to provide data support and theoretical basis of light-emitting diode ( LED) light parameters settings and system research and development, the experiment was conducted. The results showed; (1) with treatment RBW (red: blue: white = 6: 1: 1) , dry weight of the whole plant of seedlings cultivation was the biggest, with 0. 098 2 g; Dry weight of the roots control group W1 ( fluorescent lamp or fluorescent) was minimum, accounting for 0. 082 3 g. (2) RBG ( red: blue: green = 4: 2: 1) with chlorophyll a, b and chlorophyll content of ca-rotenoids significant was higher than other treatments, being 0.438 0, 0. 159 0, 0.091 0 g respec-tively, and beneficial to the three pigments synthesis of seedlings. (3) B (monochrome blue-ray) accumulation of leaf starch grains was the least, with 0. 062 2 g, and the free amino acids and soluble protein content was the highest, respectively 140.997 1, 5.001 4 μg/g; And R (monochrome red light) with free amino acids and soluble protein content were the lowest, respectively 99. 455 7 , 2. 726 9 μg/g. Comprehensive comparison among them, RBG treatment was the best for seedlings growing, and R and B growing was poor relatively. C. Tracyanum var. Huanghua × C. Mastersii tissue culture seedlings tissue culture.%本试验在同等光强条件下研究LED不同光质对虎雪兰组培苗生理生化特性的影响,希望能够为植物生产类LED光源的参数设置和系统研发提供数据支持和理论依据.结果表明:(1)RBW(红:蓝:白=6:1:1)处理下虎雪兰组培苗整株干重最大,为0.098 2 g;对照组W1(白色荧光灯)根部干重最低,为0.082 3 g.(2) RBG(红:蓝:绿=4:2:1)处理下叶绿素a,叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量极显著高于其他处理(P<0.01),分别为0.4380,0.1590,0.0910g,利于虎雪兰中上述3种色素的合成.(3)B(单色蓝光)处理下叶片淀粉粒积累最少,为0.062 2 g,而其游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量却是最高的,分别为140.997 1,5.001 4μg/g;而R(单色红光)处理下游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量均最低,分别为99.455 7,2.7269μg/g.综合比较其中RBG处理下虎雪兰组培苗长势最好,而R和B处理下长势相对较差,光质对虎雪兰幼苗生长代谢中的影响比较明显,LED光照系统可以替代荧光灯成为虎雪兰幼苗组织培养的理想光源.
