区域土地整理项目工程量估算方法探讨

摘要

在土地整理项目的可行性研究阶段,工程量估算的精度对项目投资的合理性起到重要的作用.在设计典型样区的基础上,采用横断面延米法、外拓系数法相结合的方法进行工程量的估算,探讨了区域土地整理项目工程量估算的新方法,并以西部生态建设地区云南省“兴地睦边”农田整治重大工程为例进行应用分析.研究结果表明:横断面延米法和外拓系数法相结合的估算方法有效克服了传统方法的不足,可为大尺度区域土地整理项目工程量的估算提供参考.%The project of land consolidation during the feasibility study stage,the accuracy of engineering quantity estimation plays an important role with ihe reasonableness of investment.Based on the designing of typical area,engineering quantity was estimated by the method of cross section combined with expansion coefficient.The new estimated method in regional land consolidation project was discussed and then an case of calculating and analyzing which "Xingdimubian" land consolidation project for ecological rehabilitation in Yunnan,west of China was analyzed.The results indicated that the method overcame the deficiencies of traditional methods and provided a reference for engineering quantity estimation in land consolidation project for large-scale region.
