通过入户走访和问卷调查的形式对政和县林屯村集体林产权改革的现状进行调查，概述该村集体林产权制度改革的具体进展情况，分析在林权改革过程中出现的矛盾问题及其成因，进而提出以规模经济的视角探讨林权改革，推进集体林权制度改革发展的策略建议：加大政策扶持力度，加强林业经济合作组织建设；落实林业补贴政策的执行；拓宽林农林业经营的融资渠道；提高信息透明度，增强农户认知度与参与意识。%Through household visits and questionnaire investigating,this paper conducts a survey in the current situation of collective forest right reform in Zhenghe county Lintun village,overviews the progress condition of property right system,analyzes the contradictory problems appeared in the process of change and its causes,furthermore,it puts forward strategies and suggestions for promoting the de-velopment of the collective forest right system reform in the perspective of economies of scale,it in-cludes:intensify policy support,strengthen the construction of forestry economic cooperation organiza-tion;carry out the forestry subsidy policy implementation;broaden financing channels of the forest farmer;improve the information transparency,strengthen the cognition degree and participation aware-ness of farmers.
