西部地方本科院校毕业生就业策略探析——以玉林师范学院为例

摘要

The world has entered the era of knowledge economy,and China is in the dual impact of knowledge economy and economic restructuring.This impact directly brings about the conspicuous issue of employment which is resulted by the intense contradictions between the quality and quantity needs of talents and the lag of the current stage of educational structure and quality.Furthermore,the imbalance of regional economic development in China exacerbates the contradiction between need and supply in the employment of college students.According to the surveys,employment situation in some western universities can not be looked as optimistic.In order to cope with the current severe employment situation,the western colleges and universities had to promote the employment of graduates by strengthening the career guidance functions;focusing more on practical training session;conducting experiential and innovation education.And,college students themselves should also endeavor to improve capabilities and accomplishment in order to get employed successfully.%世界已经进入了知识经济时代,而我国正处于知识经济和经济转型的双重影响中,这种影响就直接体现在经济发展对人才质量和数量的需求与目前阶段教育结构、质量等的滞后产生了剧烈矛盾中,从而导致我国就业问题突出。而我国区域经济发展的不平衡,更加剧了大学生就业中＂供＂与＂求＂的矛盾。在这种境况下,根据调查,西部本科院校的就业不容乐观,为了应对当前严峻的就业形势,西部本科院校不得不根据实际情况,通过大力加强就业指导功能,重视实习实训环节,开展就业体验式教育和创新教育来促进毕业生就业。而毕业生自身在基本能力和职业能力以及各种软实力的培养与提高上也不断做出努力,为顺利就业提供保障。
