YVO4:Eu3+ phosphor has been successfully synthesized by simple hydrothermal process using yttrium oxide and europium oxide as raw materials, and characterized by XRD, SEM, FTIR and photoluminescence. The XRD analysis revealed the obtained products were tetragonal YVO4:Eu3+,and the SEM showed that the products are cotton-shape with irregular clusters. The hydrothermal temperature, reaction time, pH and surfactant affecting the luminescence properties are also explored. The YVO4:Eu3+ phosphor exhibits the well-known Eu3+ emission, namely the5D1→7F1(539nm),5D0→7F1(594nm),5D0→7F2(619nm) transition respectively, under 283 nm excitation. The strongest emission peak appeared at 619 nm is the characteristic red light emissions of Eu3+ ion.%以氧化钇和氧化铕为原料,采用简单的水热法合成YVO4:Eu3+荧光粉,利用XRD、SEM、FTIR和荧光光谱仪对其结构、形貌及其性能进行表征。 XRD结果表明:产物为四方晶系YVO4:Eu3+。 SEM显示样品为不规则棉花团状。探讨了水热反应温度、反应时间、pH、表面活性剂等因素对产物荧光性能的影响。用波长为283 nm的近紫外光激发,荧光粉的特征发射峰分别对应于Eu3+的5D1→7F1(539nm),5D0→7F1(596nm),5D0→7F2(619nm)电子跃迁。最强发射峰位于619nm处,属于Eu3+的特征红光发射。
