In this paper, water-soluble hexagonal CdTe nanosheets were rapidly synthesized in aqueous phase using Na2TeO3 as tellurium source and L-Cys stabilizer by adding L-cysteine and H2O2. The morphology and optical properties of the hexagonal CdTe nanosheets were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-vis spectra) and fluorescence spectrophotometer (FL spectra), respectively. Further studies of cell labeling with the prepared CdTe nanosheets indicated that the hexagonal CdTe nanosheets should be first adsorbed on the membrane of HepG2.2.15 cells, and then gradually enter the cytoplasm with uniform distribution. The prepared L-Cys hexagonal CdTe nanosheets have superior fluorescence properties and biocompatibility, which can be used as a very promising fluorescent for biosensing and cell labeling.%以亚碲酸钠(Na2TeO3)为碲源,L-半胱氨酸为稳定剂,水相合成CdTe纳米晶,通过二次滴加L-半胱氨酸和H2O2制备CdTe六边形纳米片。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)和荧光光谱(FL)测试手段对合成产物的形貌及光学性能进行了表征。除此之外,通过细胞成像发现,CdTe纳米片应该是先被吸附在细胞膜上,然后逐渐进入细胞质,在细胞内均匀分布开来。结果显示:L-半胱氨酸稳定的CdTe六边形纳米片具有良好的荧光特性和生物相容性,在生物传感和细胞标记领域具有重要的应用价值。
