宗祠文化与公共文化的互嵌现象--以浙江温州永嘉苍坡村文化礼堂为例

To construct a beautiful country, in 2013, the government of Zhejiang Province puts forward the policy of expanding the community’s public culture service system by establishing culture hall to inherit the local culture and carry forward the modern civilization. The measures of changing old ancestral temple into culture hall cause great response from the society. Based on the reconstruction of Cangpo country cultural hall (Lee’s ancestral temple)in Yongjia county, Wenzhou, it is to explore its rationality and discuss the necessity both folk culture and public culture service from the perspective of folklore that mean improve the quality of public cultural services with the basis of protecting the folk culture.%为建设美丽乡村，浙江省人民政府2013年出台了通过建立文化礼堂来拓展社区公共文化服务体系的政策，以此传承乡土文化，弘扬现代文明。其中将旧祠堂改建为文化礼堂这一措施，在社会各界引起了很大反响。为进一步探讨这一做法的合理性，本文以温州永嘉苍坡村文化礼堂(李氏宗祠)改建为例，从民俗学角度探讨民俗文化与公共文化服务相结合的必要性，即在保护民俗文化的基础上提高公共文化服务的质量。
