试论孔子“以德执政”思想的当代价值

摘要

Confucius carried forward thought of morality in power.Considering the social reality in his period,conforming to the historical trend of the times,Confucius advanced a new theory that is morality in power in a creative way.He constructed administrative theory system that morality in power is as the core.The theory includes rulers strengthening morality themselves,policy of benevolence and the attitude in power.The theory of Confucius have the very important value for the currently cadres for their constructing of morality,combating corruption and building a clean government,and changing their style in power.%孔子继承了殷商特别是西周以来的德治思想,从春秋战国时期的社会现实出发,顺应历史潮流,创造性地提出了＂以德执政＂的治国理念,构筑了以＂以德执政＂为核心的行政伦理思想体系。孔子＂以德执政＂思想包含着统治者要加强自身道德修养、要实施仁政、要端正执政态度等内容。孔子的＂以德执政＂思想对于新时期的领导干部道德建设、反腐倡廉建设以及执政方式的转变等具有重要的借鉴和参考价值。
