42CrMo棒材轧后输送与缓冷过程温度场的模拟分析

         

摘要

By considering the latent heat and thermal properties varying with temperature, the 42CrMo bar's temperature field is analyzed in the process of air cooling and slow cooling after its hot-rolling using ANSYS. Meanwhile, the temperature distribution regularity of 42CrMo bar both on its surface and within it is obtained, and a simplified model is put forward. This model can be used to calculate the temperature field of the bar's slow cooling. The result indicates that the simulation results are in accordance with the measured data. Therefore, this method can provide the theoretical foundation for predicting properties and optimizing processes.%考虑相变潜热和材料热物性随温度的变化,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对42CrMo棒材轧后输送空冷,缓冷全过程的温度场进行了有限元模拟分析,获得轧件表面与内部的温度分布规律,并提出了一种棒材缓冷温度场计算的简化模型.结果表明,模拟所得结果与实测数据吻合,表明此方法可为组织及性能预测、工艺优化提供理论依据.
