人字齿轮功率三分支传动系统功率流的仿真分析

     

摘要

A simulation algorithm is presented for solving the value of power-split for the herringbone gears power three-branching transmission system. A mathematical model is established based on the drive principle of the system, and the torque equilibrium equations and the deformation compatibility equations of the system are listed, the function relationships between the bearing transmission error and the load are fitted using the theory of discrete gear profile based on the loaded tooth contact analysis. The value of power-split of each branch meshing gear pair in different condition is obtained by solving the optimization model of the system. It is shown that the three-branching structure contributes to improving the load capacity of the system.%提出了人字齿轮功率三分支传动系统功率分流求解的仿真算法.在其传动原理的基础上,建立系统的数学模型,并列出系统的力矩平衡方程与变形协调方程.基于齿轮承载接触分析,运用离散齿面理论来拟合承载传动误差与载荷的函数关系式,通过求解系统的优化模型得到不同工况下各分支各齿轮副的功率分流值,该研究表明功率三分支结构可大大提高系统的承载能力,具有工程应用价值.
