台湾高职院校的教师教学反应评量及启示——以台湾万能科技大学为例

         

摘要

The implementation of teaching quality evaluation has become one of the greatest emphasis as to the teach- ing management in higher vocational colleges and has been attached great importance and implemented in more and more colleges and universities. Taking Taiwan Wanneng Technological College as an example, this article introduces some eoncret methods of teaching response evaluation adopted by Taiwan vocational colleges as well as the enlighten- ment to us. Namely, the important teaching files must be approved by the college administrative meeting, teaching response evaluation must be held twice per semester, the content of index project should be feasible, the division of evaluation results should be reasonable, and pay attention to the teaching improvement and provide help for teachers.%实行对教师教学工作质量的科学评价,已成为高职院校教学管理工作的重要抓手,受到越来越多高校的重视。以台湾万能科技大学为例,介绍台湾高职院校教师教学反应评量的一些具体做法。具体为学校重要的教学文件须经校行政会议的通过;教学反应评量每学期举行两次;指标项目内容可操作性强;评量结果的划分合理合情;关注教学改进和对教师的帮扶等。
